Turkey Sandwiches


2 cups of shredded or chopped chicken

1 avocado mashed

ΒΌ cup finely diced onion

2 celery stalks

2 TBSP of olive oil 

1 tsp of coconut soy sauce or balsamic vinegar 

S & P to taste


1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well

2. Season to taste

3. Serve right away

4. Enjoy!
