Sometimes weight loss is mandated by a doctor or is just a personal health goal. Whatever the case, I love to support clients and direct them on their weight loss journey.
Weight loss can be very difficult to navigate and achieve on your own; you’ve likely tried in the past. I help you to set realistic goals, develop meal plans, help to increase and support your metabolism, and help you get your body into a state where it can lose some weight.
My goal is to keep you on the right path, keep you motivated and encouraged, and provide support and accountability along the way as you pursue weight loss.
Sessions typically cover nutrition for weight loss, metabolism training, exercise planning, goal-setting and action planning as well as accountability services.

I have been working with Jenn off and on for the past 4 years.
