Serves 4
Ingredients
2 ripe avocados
1/2 cup of Cacao or Cocoa
4 TBSP of Coconut cream or milk
½ tsp of vanilla
⅛ tsp of sea salt
2-4 TBSP of sweetener to taste (maple syrup for a mineral rich sweetener or monk fruit sweetener for a sugar-free diet)
Preparation
- Blend all ingredients together in a food processor until creamy and smooth
- Adjust cacao, coconut cream and sweetener to taste
- Enjoy!
