Snowballs

Snowballs 

Ingredients:

1 cup of almond butter

½ cup of almond flour

2-3 TBSP of maple syrup (optional) 

1 ½ TBSP of vanilla

¼ cup of shredded coconut

½ cup of chopped raisins, dates, nuts, seeds (whatever combination you prefer) 


Instructions: 

  1. Combine the almond butter, almond flour, vanilla and sweetener and mix well
  2. Stir in the shredded coconut and chopped nuts and dried fruit
  3. Form little balls from the mixture and shape until smooth and soft
  4. Roll each ball in a bit of shredded coconut to coat the exterior
  5. Place each ball on parchment paper on a baking sheet or tray
  6. Eat right away for a soft snowball or put in the fridge for a firmer and crunchier treat
  7. Feel free to experiment with different kinds of nut butter and combinations of dried fruit and nuts
