Parsnip Chips


6 medium to large parsnips

3-4 TBSP of Coconut Oil 

sea salt 


1. slice parsnips very thinly 

2. heat up oil in a cast iron skillet to medium heat 

3. place the chips in the oil and space them out so that they do not layer over top of each other

4. let them fry for about 1-2 min on each side

5. gently flip each parsnip and cook on the other side

6. remove parsnips from the pan when they are slightly golden brown

7. let them cool on a plate and salt with sea salt
