IngredientsMakes two smaller loaves1 ½ cups of almond flour1 ½ cups of tapioca flour¾ c unsweetened applesauce 6 eggs3 tsp of baking powder¼ tsp of sea salt PreparationPreheat oven to 350FLine loaf pans with parchment paper (I find this works better than greasing the pan) Combine almond and tapioca flour, salt and baking powder until well blendedIn a separate bowl, mix the eggs and applesauce together until smoothAdd the wet to the dry ingredients and combine well until there are no lumps Bake for 35-40 min. or until toothpick comes out clean These can be made as rolls or a flat pan of bread to be turned into croutons for salad or stuffing Enjoy!
