Paleo Bread

Ingredients

Makes two smaller loaves

1 ½ cups of almond flour

1 ½ cups of tapioca flour

¾ c unsweetened applesauce 

6 eggs

3 tsp of baking powder

¼ tsp of sea salt 

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Line loaf pans with parchment paper (I find this works better than greasing the pan) 
  3. Combine almond and tapioca flour, salt and baking powder until well blended
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the eggs and applesauce together until smooth
  5. Add the wet to the dry ingredients and combine well until there are no lumps 
  6. Bake for 35-40 min. or until toothpick comes out clean 
  7. These can be made as rolls or a flat pan of bread to be turned into croutons for salad or stuffing 
  8. Enjoy!
