
Ingredients
Makes two smaller loaves
1 ½ cups of almond flour
1 ½ cups of tapioca flour
¾ c unsweetened applesauce
6 eggs
3 tsp of baking powder
¼ tsp of sea salt
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Line loaf pans with parchment paper (I find this works better than greasing the pan)
- Combine almond and tapioca flour, salt and baking powder until well blended
- In a separate bowl, mix the eggs and applesauce together until smooth
- Add the wet to the dry ingredients and combine well until there are no lumps
- Bake for 35-40 min. or until toothpick comes out clean
- These can be made as rolls or a flat pan of bread to be turned into croutons for salad or stuffing
