Macaroons

Ingredients

2 1/2 cups of shredded coconut

4 egg whites 

1 TBSP of maple syrup

1 tsp of vanilla

Instructions

1. Whisk egg whites, maple syrup and vanilla until frothy

2. Add the shredded coconut to the liquids and combine well

3. Drop aprox 1 1/2 TBSP of cookie down onto a lined cookie sheet. I used my TBSP as a scoop, but feel free to use whatever you have on hand. 

4. Bake for 15-20 min at 350F (they are done when the coconut is lightly browned). 

5. Enjoy!
