Kale Chips

Ingredients

Kale

Salt

1-2 TBSP oil


Preparation

  1. Fill a 9x13 pan full of kale that has been cut in to chip size pieces (or use another sheet pan)
  2. Drizzle 1-2 TBSP of oil on the Kale (I like to use a garlic infused avocado oil, but have also used coconut oil and olive oil at times too)
  3. Massage the oil into the kale so that the oil is evenly distributed and the kale is soft
  4. Bake at 375F for 15 minutes
  5. Take pan and toss chips around to evenly re-distribute
  6. Sprinkle a bit of salt on the chips
  7. Put back in oven to bake for another 15min
  8. Then let sit and cool down and continue to crisp for a few more minutes

The chips should then be ready to enjoy!
