Ingredients
Kale
Salt
1-2 TBSP oil
Preparation
- Fill a 9x13 pan full of kale that has been cut in to chip size pieces (or use another sheet pan)
- Drizzle 1-2 TBSP of oil on the Kale (I like to use a garlic infused avocado oil, but have also used coconut oil and olive oil at times too)
- Massage the oil into the kale so that the oil is evenly distributed and the kale is soft
- Bake at 375F for 15 minutes
- Take pan and toss chips around to evenly re-distribute
- Sprinkle a bit of salt on the chips
- Put back in oven to bake for another 15min
- Then let sit and cool down and continue to crisp for a few more minutes
The chips should then be ready to enjoy!
