Ingredients 4 lbs of apples1TBSP of Cinnamon ⅓ cup of water Preparation 1. Core apples and chop, leaving the skin on2. Place all ingredients into the instant pot3. Seal lid4. Press MANUAL setting and set at 15min5. When the 15 minute are done, allow the pressure to release on its own for 15 min.6. Use an immersion blender to make the cooked apples into butter and you are done!Since I first posted this recipe, I found that we enjoy letting the puréed apple butter simmer for 2-3 hours on low on the stove to thicken up. If you don't do this, the texture will be more like applesauce, which is fine, but the flavors really come out when you let it thicken.
