Healthy Salad Dressing


1 cup of olive oil

½ cup of lemon juice

S & P to taste

2-3 garlic cloves, minced (more or less to taste) 

Fresh basil or oregano (or 1 TBSP of dried) 


  1. Mix all ingredients in a glass jar and season to taste
  2. Store in the fridge

Note: for a creamier version, reduce the olive oil by half and add ½ cup of coconut cream
