Gluten-Free Gravy


2 cups turkey or chicken drippings or chicken broth 

2 TBSP of water or Olive Oil 

2 TBSP of Arrowroot starch 

S & P to taste 

(add any other seasonings such as garlic, onion, poultry seasoning


1. measure out 2 cups of turkey drippings or use a combination of broth and water 

2. place the drippings/broth in a sauce pan and turn to medium heat 

3. in a small container, mix the cold water or oil with the arrowroot starch and whisk with a fork until blended smoothly 

4. pour the starch mix into the heated up drippings and whisk well to combine

5. heat a little higher until the mixture bubbles while whisking consistently 

6. remove from heat when the gravy is desired consistency (you can use more arrowroot starch if you need to thicken it more) 

6. season to taste 

7. enjoy!
