Egg Roll Bowls



Riced cauliflower and shredded cabbage


(Note: add some or all of these toppings or whatever else you have in your fridge or cupboard)

Shredded carrot and/or zucchini

Chopped green apple

Diced up nuts

Avocado slices



  1. Rice cauliflower using a food processor (Note: We use 1 head of cauliflower and two cups of greens for extra nutrients)
  2. Sauté in a pan with some coconut oil
  3. Shred cabbage in the food processor
  4. Fry up the shredded cabbage until soft and a bit crispy
  5. Fry up ground chicken or pork (feel free to season to taste and add onion and garlic if you’d like) 
  6. Layer the first three in the bowl this way: rice on the bottom, cabbage next, and then meat on top
  7. Then add toppings and sauce to complete the bowl
