Ingredients 8 hard boiled eggs 2 tsp of mustard 2 TBSP of coconut milk (thick from a can and not boxed milk) 1 1/2 TBSP of organic olive oil sea salt Instructions 1. peel hard boiled eggs 2. cut the egg in half and remove the yolk and place the yolks in a separate bowl 3. mash all of the yolks until smooth 4. add mustard and olive oil and coconut milk to the yolk mixture 5. mix until really smooth 6. salt to taste (and add more of any of the ingredients if needed!) 7. gently spoon the yolk mixture into the egg white bases or get fancy and use an icing bag and tip and make some pretty designs.
