Ingredients
1/2 cup of coconut flour
4 TBSP of olive oil
½ cup of applesauce
6 eggs
2 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp of vanilla
1/4 tsp of sea salt
Preparation
- Combine dry ingredients in large bowl
- Combine wet ingredients in separate bowl
- Pour the wet into the dry
- Cook the pancakes like you would a wheat flour pancake
- Flip when little bubbles form in the batter (Note: If using a cast iron pan, you'll need to keep the pan wet with oil in order for it to flip smoothly)
- Enjoy!
