Chicken Soup


chicken broth (we make our own using bones, chicken feet, and meat)

3-4 cloves of garlic (or more if you’d like!) 





cauliflower, chopped up into small pieces

sweet potato

sliced cabbage 

kale (ground up in a food processor) 

zucchini noodles (if that’s an option for you) 

shredded chicken

1 can of coconut milk 

season to taste (S&P and basil and rosemary are our favorites) 



  1. Make your broth
  2. Sauté onions, garlic and celery and add to the soup base
  3. Add root vegetables
  4. Add kale puree and cabbage
  5. Add cooked chicken
  6. Season to taste
  7. Add zucchini noodles to hot soup just 2 min before serving. 
  8. Add can of coconut milk as last step and allow it to warm for one minute
