Ingredients
1 ½ cups almond flour
½ cup tapioca flour
¼ cup of coconut flour
3 TBSP of cacao
1 tsp baking soda
3 TBSP monk fruit sweetener
3 eggs
½ cup of applesauce (can substitute with a healthy oil)
2 cups grated zucchini
Preparation
- Mix dry ingredients
- Blend up wet ingredients in food processor
- Add wet to dry ingredients
- Place in a parchment lined loaf pan
- Bake for approx. 45 minutes at 30F
