Chocolate Zucchini Bread

Ingredients

1 ½ cups almond flour

½ cup tapioca flour

¼ cup of coconut flour

3 TBSP of cacao

1 tsp baking soda

3 TBSP monk fruit sweetener

3 eggs

½ cup of applesauce (can substitute with a healthy oil)

2 cups grated zucchini

Preparation

  1. Mix dry ingredients
  2. Blend up wet ingredients in food processor
  3. Add wet to dry ingredients
  4. Place in a parchment lined loaf pan
  5. Bake for approx. 45 minutes at 30F
