You can be that healthy person and active mover you are longing to be!

Have you ever longingly looked at someone doing some kind of activity and thought, "I wish I could do that, but I have a bad knee, or a bad back", or, "I don't think I can do that; running doesn't work for me"?

Maybe you wish you could be that person, able to cycle all day, paddle board, run around and keep up to your kids. But there are some barriers that prevent you from doing these things.

I would like to help you with that. I've helped a lot of my clients to peel back the layers of problems to figure out how to fix that shoulder or knee, how to increase cardiovascular endurance, how to lose some weight so that you can move better when you do those activities.

Don't let those barriers get in the way. 

Seek out some help. Because often it just requires a little bit of troubleshooting, a little bit of flexibility, time, and effort.

But if you're really wanting to be an active person, to move your body in a certain way, you might feel trapped, like you just can't do it, and don't know how do that. Ask for some help! I would love to help you. Even if you just have a question to know which direction to start heading or where to start. I would love to point you in the right direction.

And if you need more help, I'm here! I help clients online all the time. So if you just need a session or two to figure out how can I become a better mover, how can I do a triathlon, or run a marathon?

Whatever the case may be, you probably just need someone to help troubleshoot, or to send you to a physiotherapist or massage therapist to start treating that back or knee problem. And then come back for some exercise help, strength training, flexibility training, and cardiovascular training -- all those important things.

Don't be discouraged!

My message to you today is: Don't be discouraged! There is probably so much more you can do with the right amount of help, guidance, and direction.

Even if you do have a genuine physical limitation, I'm sure I can help you adapt it, and help you achieve the things you want to achieve, and to be the person you want to be.

Don't let your current state hold you back from who you want to be and from doing the things you want to do.

You were made to move, and made to enjoy life!
