Lawrence has made fantastic progress in the little over 3 months that we have been working together and is well on his way to achieving all of his goals. His wife is very helpful and supportive of all of the healthy eating and exercise changes that he has made and is a huge contributing factor to his success.
And the most amazing part of all of this is he’s 75! I’m inspired by him each week that I have the privilege of meeting with him and his wife. He regularly attends Aquasize classes and also works with a crossfit trainer. On my recommendation, he works with a physiotherapist to continue to work on lowering the pain in his hip.
