Only $85/month! That's just 25% of the cost of one-on-one coaching.
How It Works
- Apply to be a part of this program.
- Schedule your 15 minute orientation before the program begins.
- You will be added to a group of no more than 5 people, all of whom have similar goals, and we will coordinate a weekly meeting time that works for all participants.
- Our group will meet online for 30 minutes each week from Sept 12 - Dec 12.

Common Questions
Q: "What kind of equipment do I need to participate?"
All you need is a quiet space and a device that can connect to Zoom. At the end of each session, the Zoom recording and meeting notes will be made available to you.
Q: "What if my goals are different from the other people in the group?"
The purpose of the group is to provide you with instruction and accountability to help you to achieve your own individual goals. As your coach, I'm available to you throughout the week as you work out how to achieve your goals in your specific situation.
Q: "How will I get help for my personal needs while being part of a group?"
- I'll do my best to take into account the personal needs of each group member as we meet each week.
- Additionally, we will have some Q&A time every week where you can ask questions about your own situation.
- If you still need more personal time, you are always welcome to book a one-on-one session with me.
Q: "What if I need more help than what the group coaching provides?"
No problem! Add some addons to your program to make sure you get the personalized help you need.:
Comprehensive Nutrition Plan: $75
One-on-one 40 minute session to go over your current approach to eating. You will receive a personalized plan for healthy eating.
Personalized Exercise Plan: $75
One-on-one 40 minute session to go over your current exercise plan and make adjustments. You will receive a personalized plan for exercise.
Goal Setting and Measurements: $75
One-on-one 40 minute session to develop goals that are realistic and to take and track measurements for success. You will receive a personalized plan for your goals as well as tracking documents.
Tailored Recommendations for Disease or Health Condition: $75
One-on-one 40 minute session to discuss specific recommendations and goals if you are dealing with a specific health condition. Many things can be discussed during the group sessions, but if your questions are very disease or condition- specific, this is the right add on for you.
Q: "What if I have a question outside of the group meeting?"
When you sign up for this program, I become your personal health coach. You can feel free to text or email me your questions throughout the week.
Q: "What if I can't make it to a meeting?"
While I encourage people to prioritize making it to every meeting, in the event of sickness or an emergency, I will connect with you to make sure you have the support you need for that week.
